Pick up & Delivery

Free Master pick up service
Hybrid Media offers a free pick up service anywhere in South Africa. We can collect your master disc from you on your doorstep, or we can collect from your mastering/authoring engineer or technician.

Just give us your physical address and our couriers will come to pick up your master disc from you. We will have the master within 24 hours from all main centers and within 48 hours from outlying areas.

Artwork
You can also send us your artwork on a separate disc with the same courier pick up OR you can load your artwork onto our FTP server. Please contact our operations manager for our ftp details: operations@hybridmedia-solutions.com If your artwork files are smaller than 5 MB, feel free to email them one at a time to: artwork@hybridmedia-solutions.com

Delivery

Whatever your delivery and order distribution needs, we can manage it for you.

Hybrid Media has formed a great relationship with a specific network of courier companies in South Africa to offer you the highest quality and most economic service. We only work with service orientated courier specialists to handle your delivery for you.

We can either have your whole order delivered to one address or we can divide your order and deliver to various locations.

You also have the option to take out insurance on your deliveries at 1% of the cargo value for those small unexpected breakages.

Where ever you live and wherever your stock is going, we can deliver it for you, worldwide and hassle free.
